一、试机：

二、回收制冷剂，拆除室内外连接线：

最好能在连接线两端做好标记，就不至于在装机时出现将连接线接错引起故障的可能。

三、保持连接管接口的清洁：

由于使用过的空调一般都附着有尘污，在拆卸连接管接口螺帽时，要注意喇叭口及接头处的清洁，防止灰尘，脏物进入管路，防止移机后工作时引起管路堵塞。安装对接接口前，应再次检查喇叭口及内侧是否有脏物，清除后方可盖上螺帽。如刚好碰上下雨，更应在拆开连接管时，用塑料袋包扎好管口，防止雨水进入引起冰堵。

四、拆卸室内机时，应防止冷凝水流进线路板：

由于室内机接水盘、排水管内残留着一些冷凝水，因而拆卸室内机及搬移时，不能使室内机装有线路板的那头朝下，甚至翻转过来，而应使装有线路板这端稍高，让水从另一端流出来，这样可以避免冷凝水灌进线路板，防止开机时发生电气故障。

五、对连接管的喇叭口要检验：

七、在重新安装时要注意以下几方面的内容：
