一、空调缺氟后的现象
1. The phenomenon of fluorine deficiency in air conditioning
压缩机连续运转30分钟后,若制冷系统“缺氟”,会出现下述现象:
If the compressor runs continuously for 30 minutes, if the refrigeration system is "lack of fluoride", the following phenomena will appear:
1、气管阀门发干,用手触摸没有明显的凉感。其原因是制冷剂不足导致蒸发器内的沸腾终结点提前,使该阀的制冷剂过度增大,阀门的温度升高,大于室外空气的漏点温度。
1, trachea valve dry, touch with no obvious cold feeling. The reason is that the lack of refrigerant causes the boiling end point in the evaporator to advance, which makes the refrigerant of the valve overincrease and the temperature of the valve increase, which is greater than the leakage point temperature of the outdoor air.
2、液管阀门结霜。其原因是“缺氟”导致液管内压力下降,沸点降低,使阀门温度低于冰点。

3、打开室内机面板,取下过滤网,可发现部分蒸发器结露或结霜。其原因是由于制冷剂不足,仅仅使部分蒸发器发生了沸腾吸热,使制冷面积相应减少。

4、室外机排风没有热感。其原因是制冷剂不足导致冷凝压力、冷凝温度都降低,排风温度也随之降低。

5、排水软管排水断断续续或根本不排水。其原因是蒸发器制冷面积减少,结露面积也减少,凝结水量降低。

6、室外机气、液阀门有油污,有油污就有泄露。其原因是制冷剂与冷冻油有一定的互溶性,氟从漏点逸出后进入大气中,而油附着在漏点周围。

8、从室外机充氟口测量的压力低于0.45Mpa。其原因是制冷剂不足导致了蒸发压力下降。

另外,室外机任何一个阀门结霜都属不正常现象;只有液管阀门结霜说明“缺氟”;只有气管阀门结霜说明略微“缺氟”或环境温度过低;两个阀门都结霜说明系统有二次节流现象。

三、“空调补氟”的操作

1、用充氟软管连接制冷剂钢瓶、修理表和充氟口,排除软管内空气。

2、启动压缩机,利用钢瓶与制冷系统压力差充入制冷剂气体(若制冷系统预先抽真空,应在停机状态下先充入制冷剂气体,待压力表指针不再升高时,再启机充氟)

加氟前的准备工作:
Preparation before adding fluorine:
首先将双表头压力表与氟管相接

拆下空调三通修理阀帽

将蓝色管套上三通阀工艺口

这时打开氟瓶阀门 并小开双表头低压氟 排出氟管与氟表中空气约5秒钟后 拧紧加氟管直至顶开三通阀蕊。
Then open the flask valve and open the double head low pressure fluorine to drain the fluorine tube and the air in the fluorine meter for about 5 seconds, then tighten the fluorine pipe until the three-way valve is opened.
这时可开机运行空调加氟量的判定:

1.根据压力表的读数。
1. according to the readings of the pressure gauge.
2.听压缩机的声音,加氟多,压缩机重,声音较沉闷,少了反之,一般压缩机有一个正常的负荷,多了可能损坏压缩机,少了可能“制冷效果比”不好。
2. listen to the sound of compressor, add fluorine more, compressor heavy, sound more dull, less the opposite, the general compressor has a normal load, more likely to damage the compressor, less likely "refrigeration effect than" bad.
3.如有电流表可以测试一下压缩机的工作电流,这样做比较理想,而且可以较准的判断加氟量。

4.看室内机的出风凉度,一般出风口在8-15℃之间.

目前大部分家用空调器均采用制冷剂F22 俗称:氟 学名:二氟一氯甲烷 分子式:CHClF2
