空调喇叭口制作不良漏氟及解决方法
Fluorine Leakage in Air Conditioning Horn Making and Its Solution
漏氟原因：喇叭口边沿重叠；扩口前切割连接管出现偏斜；连接管壁厚不均造成喇叭口制作壁厚不均匀；喇叭口制作尺寸过小或过大；内壁有切屑、毛刺；喇叭口有裂口；喇叭口内壁划伤。解决办法：严格按照扩口工艺的要求制作喇叭口，使其喇叭口的表面光滑，周边均匀；连接管需平直，严禁选用未整理的弯曲不平连接管进行扩制喇叭口。
Causes of fluorine leakage: overlapping edges of bell mouth; deflection of cutting connecting pipe before flaring; uneven wall thickness of connecting pipe causes uneven wall thickness of bell mouth; too small or too large size of bell mouth; chips and burrs on inner wall; cracks on Bell mouth; scratches on inner wall of bell mouth. Solution: Make loudspeaker according to the requirement of enlarging technology strictly, make the surface of the loudspeaker smooth and its periphery even; the connecting pipe should be straight, and it is strictly forbidden to use the unfinished bending uneven connecting pipe to enlarge the loudspeaker.
